- Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the fullest part of your head just above the eyebrows and ears keeping it level all the way around.
- Take the measurement in centimeters (cm).
A helmet needs to fit snug but comfortably, with cheek pads in contact with the cheekbones and no large gaps. If your measurement sits between sizes, trying the smaller size first is often recommended, but helmet pads and liners can adjust the fit.
