Need to cancel your order? Get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't been picked and packed yet, we'll do our best to cancel it for you.

If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel it. Once it arrives, you can lodge a return through our Returns Portal if it's eligible under our Returns Policy here.

The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can stop your order before it leaves our warehouse.
