My order was marked as delivered but it's not here!Updated 2 months ago

Don't panic just yet! Sometimes carriers scan parcels as delivered a little early, and they can still turn up later that day.

First, we recommend:

• Checking around your property and any safe places.
• Asking anyone in your household if they've accepted the delivery.
• Checking with your neighbours in case it was left there by mistake.
