Dropship items are shipped directly from our suppliers rather than from our warehouse.
If your order contains both stocked items and dropship items, these items will be shipped separately. You may therefore receive multiple parcels and tracking numbers for the same order.

Wheel Set Lead Times
Wheel sets are custom-built to suit your specific bike, so they generally take 1–2 weeks to be built and shipped from the supplier.
Please allow for this additional processing time when placing your order.

What if a Wheel Set Component is Out of Stock?
If a component required to build your wheel set is out of stock, a member of our team will contact you to:

• Advise you of the stock issue
• Provide an updated estimated timeframe
• Discuss alternative in-stock options where available

Custom Wheel Set Orders
Please note: Once your order is placed, your wheel set will be custom-made according to the specifications you provided. We are unable to make adjustments or alterations to the specifications after your purchase has been confirmed.
For this reason, please carefully check your bike model, year and selected specifications before completing your order.
